In new conditions of management of the economy, the USSR defined by the Law on the state enterprise (association), the special urgency is got by a correct and all-round estimation of results of economic activities of the enterprises (associations) as the estimation, on the one hand, is one of economic mechanism elements, and with another - the information containing in her allows to draw a conclusion on efficiency of an operating economic mechanism and introduced new forms and managing methods.
